The Aase and Ejnar Danielsen Foundation

The foundation provides support for charitable and humanitarian purposes, primarily in the form of the financing of research and higher education within the medical and social sciences as well as within building research.

Work Grants and Scholarships – Arts & Crafts and Design

The Danish Arts Foundation aims to promote Danish creative art – including arts & crafts and design – with the aim of maintaining and promoting the creative practice and artistic production of artists.

The Danish Arts Foundation Grants Committee for Crafts and Design mainly supports independent artisans and designers. Work grants and scholarships are granted to provide economic scope for artistic development.

The Danish Green Investment Fund

The Danish Green Investment Fund is an independent government loan fund whose purpose is to co-finance investments that promote a green transition of Danish society. The fund provides loans to private companies, housing associations and public companies and institutions, etc., whose assets are separate from those of the state, regions and municipalities, and which have the opportunity to obtain loans on the private market. The rates of the individual loans will reflect the risk factor of the project. This means that the interest rate is set individually for each project.

The Social Capital Fund

The Social Capital Fund is Denmark’s first social venture fund, established by TrygFonden in 2011. The fund invests in and advises companies that create targeted opportunities for vulnerable people in Denmark. When investments are repaid, the capital is reinvested in new businesses.

The Social Capital Fund – Social inclusion through Growth Partnerships

With the project "Social Inclusion Through Growth Partnerships", the Social Capital Fund together with 12 Danish municipalities presents a new catalyst for inclusion of vulnerable people in the working community. The project has been created with a co-funding of DKK 26 million from the EU Social Fund. The purpose of the programme is to create growth for small and medium-sized enterprises that lead to more jobs for vulnerable unemployed persons through a new, locally-based accelerator programme.
